History of esports worldwide and in Ukraine
Main genres, disciplines, and streaming platforms
Major tournaments and sponsorship ecosystem

Block 2. Team Organizational Management
Focus:
building, developing, and managing an esports team
Roles and professions in esports
Team structure: players, coaches, managers, analysts
Team dynamics psychology
Planning the training process
Outcome
participants can create their own esports organization structure
Block 3. Management & Financial Planning
Focus:
strategy, resources, finance, performance management
Budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
Tournament calendar planning
Resource and time management for teams
Outcome
readiness to manage team or event projects
Block 4. Marketing, PR & Partnerships
Focus:
promotion, sponsorship, branding
Building a team image and player personal brand
SMM, content, streaming, media platforms
Finding and retaining partners

ability to create a brand and communication strategy for a team or tournament

Focus:
organizing esports events
Planning, timelines, technical support
Safety, cybersecurity, tournament protocols

from idea to own esports product
Develop your own esports event or team
Present the project to investors or expert jury
